Dedicated HMC and VMC machining facilities for converting cast components into finished parts as per required specifications.
Our machine shop supports the conversion of cast components into finished parts through CNC machining. The facility includes ACE CNC HMC MCH-630 Horizontal Machining Centres with 60-tool magazines, automatic pallet changers and index tables. Two HMC machines are installed to handle machining requirements for components produced at our foundry.
The facility also includes VMC VX-1000 PC machines with 24-tool arm-type ATC systems. With two HMC and two VMC machines, the machine shop provides dedicated horizontal and vertical machining capability as part of our integrated manufacturing setup.
Our machining section adds the next stage to our manufacturing process by handling cast components as finished parts. The facility is organised to support different machining requirements and component specifications.
Our machine shop is equipped with ACE CNC HMC MCH-630 Horizontal Machining Centres from Ace Manufacturing System Ltd. The machines have a 630 × 800 mm pallet size, XYZ travel of 1000 × 900 × 910 mm, SK-50 tool shank and spindle speed of 40–4000 RPM.
The machining facility also includes VMC VX-1000 PC machines from Yantrang CNC Automation Pvt. Ltd. The machines have a 1000 × 525 mm table size, XYZ travel of 1000 × 650 × 610 mm and a 24-tool arm-type ATC. Two machines are installed for vertical machining operations.
