Complete casting setup with moulding, melting, sand plant, core shop and finishing facilities for Grey Cast Iron and SG Iron castings.
Our foundry brings moulding, melting, sand preparation, core making and finishing together within one manufacturing setup. The facility includes a DISA ARPA 1300 Jolt Squeeze Moulding Machine with a capacity of 25 moulds per hour and a 1 MW Plasma Induction Melting Furnace with two 1000 kg crucibles.
The foundry is further supported by an automated Rhino Sand Plant, Wesman Multi Sand Cooler, cold box core shooters and core drying oven. Automatic punchout, shot blasting and paint shop facilities complete the casting process, allowing Grey Cast Iron and SG Iron components to move through key production stages within the facility.
Our foundry is the main production area where our casting operations take place. It is supported by a dedicated setup developed for Grey Cast Iron and SG Iron component manufacturing, with facilities planned around our production requirements.
Our foundry is equipped with an ARPA 1300 Jolt Squeeze Moulding Machine from Disa India Ltd. with electro-pneumatic control. It has a capacity of 25 moulds per hour, with a box size of 1250 × 850 × 350 mm. The line includes 150 moulding boxes (75 pairs) with M.S. fabricated pallet cars and moulding boxes.
Our melting shop is equipped with a Plasma Induction Melting Furnace from Plasma Induction (India) Pvt. Ltd. The system has two 1000 kg crucibles with a total melting capacity of 2 tons per hour. It uses a 1000 kW / 1 kHz IGBT-based solid-state power supply and includes pyrometers for molten metal temperature measurement.
The foundry has a Rhino Automatic Sand Plant with a capacity of 35 MT per hour. It includes a fully automatic Fondarc RTM Miller with 1000 kg capacity, online RTC control, GCS measurement, sand property control and pneumatic sand additive feeding. The system also includes sand conveyors, dust collection, storage hoppers and PLC-controlled operations.
The Wesman Simpson Technologies MC-25 Multi Sand Cooler has a cooling capacity of 35 MT of sand per hour. It uses water spraying and air blowing to manage sand temperature and moisture. The cooler is automatically controlled through a PLC system.
Our core shop includes automatic horizontal and vertical cold box core shooters. The machines are hydraulically and PLC controlled and support different tool sizes and shot capacities. The facility includes equipment from Galaxy Machines Pvt. Ltd. and Makewell Technomac for core production.
The facility includes an SSEC 1-ton hanger-type shot blasting machine from Sree Shakthi Equipment Company. It supports components up to 1200 × 1000 × 750 mm and is used for shot blasting operations after casting.
Our paint shop is equipped with a Sawaka hanger-type liquid spray booth from Sawaka Surface Coating for surface coating operations.
The core shop includes a continuous tunnel-type gas-fired core drying oven from Alfatech Engineers. It has a drying capacity of 20 cores per hour or 2 MT per hour, with an air heating system and entry and exit air seals.
